Take control of your Government

I think the USA should create a --National Committee of Common Folks; who will give advice to President on some of our most perplexing problems.

Why? I think the career politicians have failed us; they have not been able solve the problems of our modern world; why? They are too removed from the reality of the common man; most of them are looking to their next political office immediately after being elected to an office.

Take control--why keep recycling these career politicians

Get off the damn fence and take control--that is why I am running for Governor of California in 2010. I know the problems you face because I lived them--health-care, jobs, wage, salaries, education, the environment, security; housing the homeless--these are all issues that we face.
Ask yourself, did the career politicians made any improvement in my financial situation in the last 10 years; if the answer is no---then why keep electing these folks.

Economic Meltdown Solution

Use the $700 Billion bailout to help failing businesses consolidate/those that have already failed--I say, sorry. On the other hand, if the bailout is used to help failing businesses consolidate/those that have already failed; once the consolidation is complete--then, the consolidated businesses are regulated; in other words, interest rate etc charged by the consolidated businesses must be scrutinize and approve by the government.
