THE  MILITARY,ONCE DEPLOYED -THE MILITARY BRASSES ARE RESISTANT TO bring our troops home--and in most cases, they ask the President for more troops to be sent-in; and our Presidents; well, they are lead by the nose by these Generals; and are afraid to rock the boat--so they leave things the way they are and deploy more troops; at the cost of American lives and American dollars, deficit or no deficit.--Our Government, including Congress keep this tradition alive i.e what the Military Brasses want, the Military Brasses gets-- don't rock the boat even if it means sacrificing American lives and wasting taxpayers' monies. One thing is evident, in spite of all the good we do for these countries, they still don't like us.

In my opinion they wasted valuable time--what they should have done, was to tell us what they would do--what their cabinet may look like and HOW they would Govern--not sound bites and stupid predictions by Michele Bachmann.

WHAT ROLE DOES THE MILITARY PLAY IN AN HEALTHY ECONOMY?

I got up this morning, stared out the window with this thought about the economy running through my mind. I ask myself--what role does the Military play in the growth and health of our economy--as I struggle with the answer to this question--a couple of things popped out, prompting more questions--who makes all the hardware and bullets used/spent in wars throughout the World--some justified, others not? why for centuries we continue to maintain Military presence throughout the World, on foreign soil I asked myself? Then it all came together, THE ECONOMY STUPID--we need workers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, warehouses; you need transportation; communication and support equipments etc., all this logistics support the economy--pay our bills, we buy houses, cars, invest, supports commerce--the stores etc. they in turn employ people to meet our needs. All these activities promote job growth, economic prosperity and all is well.That's why for centuries we continue to maintain Military presence throughout the World and still continues the practice today? Military deployment is a necessary evil; and will continue to be until it can be replace with something else--BUT WHAT???--Telecommunication equipments--a viable option--since its economy-of-scale is tremendous; and need the same large support structure as the Military--what are we waiting for? LETS START WITH THE TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRIES--APPLE COMPUTER AND OTHERS--THEY MUST  PULL MANUFACTURING FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND BRING IT BACK TO THE USA.
YA--IT WILL REDUCE THE PROFIT MARGIN--BUT IT WILL PUT AMERICANS BACK TO WORK, THAT'S NOT BAD--IS IT? THIS CONFORMS IN MY OPINION--I HAVE NO DOUBT, IT'S THE GREEDY, UNCARING BANKS, WALL STREET, BIG BUSINESSES AND THE CORPORATIONS THAT ARE THE CULPRITS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STATE OF OUR ECONOMY...THEY ARE THE ONES SCREWING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC--BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GETTING THEIR WAY WITH LAX REGULATIONS AND GOVT. OVERSIGHT.
IT'S NOT THE PRESIDENT STUPID. YOU WANT TO CUT TAXES,  REDUCE GOVT SPENDING? HOW IN HELL DO WE FINANCE/SUPPORT THOSE OVERSEAS DEPLOYMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT HANDOUT TO THOSE SO CALL ALLIES--OUR CONGRESS AND OUR PRESIDENT LET THESE GUYS SCREW US. THE FALSE ASSUMPTION IS THAT THEY ARE HELPING  US FIGHT TERRIORISM. I SAY NO MORE. AMERICA, YOU ARE NOT LIKE BY MOST NATIONS--WE MUST COME TO GRIPS WITH THAT FACT, AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR THE STATE OF THE ECONOMY:

Everyone seems to blame President OBAMA- when in fact he has noting to do with it.
The real culprits are Wall Street, the Banks and big businesses and Corporations

They want regulations reform--GIVE US WHAT WE WANT OR ELSE!
They are saying to the Obama administration-- we want looser regulations or we will stop hiring, or we will slow down our hiring; the Banks are saying--we will not give credit, we will not give loans and if we do, it's going to be to the well off; Wall Street is saying--we will continue our blatant disregard for
the consumers.
FOLKS--PRESIDENTS DON'T HAVE CONTROL, STOP BLAMING PRESIDENT OBAMA; HE CANNOT CREATE JOBS BY PRESIDENTIAL ORDER OR DECREE--WE ARE  NOT A DICTATORSHIP AND THE PRESIDENT IS NOT A DICTATOR; THEY SAY HIS POLICIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR ECONOMIC MESS; WELL, HE CAN LOOSEN GOV'T REGULATIONS AND LOWER TAXES WHICH IS WHAT Wall Street, the Banks and big businesses and Corporations; not to mention the Republicans////WANT, EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL DESCENCY.  IN FACT-- Wall Street, the Banks and big businesses and Corporations; not to mention THE PRESENT-DAY GOP WANT HIM OUT OF OFFICE SO THEY CAN RETURN TO THE SAME-O-SAME-O;-STATUS-QUO. The problem with lax regulations are; Wall Street, the Banks and big businesses and Corporations; not to mention the Republicans make humongous profits at the expense of Social and -Environmental DEGRADATION.
What the President should propose to his enemies--The Republicans and other detractors is--I WILL LOWER TAXES  IF YOU WILL SUPPORT ME IN REMOVING ALL AMERICAN TROOPS FROM FOREIGN SOIL THAT IS COSTING US TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS EACH YEAR. Let them put their money where their mouth is.

Mr President, for once in your life would you consider the advise from an ordinary citizen. END THE LIBYA NIGHTMARE: Drop Leaflets over Tripoli, WARNING-- ALL LIBYANS LIVING INSIDE OR NEAR Khadafy COMPLEXES--YOU HAVE 48 HOURS-- GET OUT IMMEDIATELY. 48 hours later send in the carpet bombers.

On Foreign Deployment of Our Military Troops:--
Remove all Troops from foreign soil and save Trillions of Dollars, use that money here in America--just leave intelligence personnel --forget the recommendations from the Military Brass; these Generals are train and live for wars--they want "STAY THE COURSE AND MORE DEPLOYMENTS" - As a trained Engineer, engineering is what I want to do--the same is true with our Military Brass.
