Solution to the economic meltdown--spend beyond your means. Why is this so difficult to grasp?

Solution to the economic meltdown--like it or not, this is the simple fact--American economic prosperity is based on public spending beyond their means--buy, buy buy--spend, spend, spend--the middle class and the poor do this very well--without the spending spree, America economic wealth will be in the toilet. Face it--if we all save, do little spending--guess what? Manufacturers and the service business engine will be slowed to a crawl--inventory over flow--products aren't sold, replacement and/or new ones aren't made, workers are laid off and businesses closed; the same goes for the service industry. Banks too will go down the toilet. Banks pulling back on credit and stop lending, is dumb--sign your own warrant. Let's face it, unless the American public is in debt, spending beyond their means; US prosperity will cease. You heard me, why is this so difficult to grasp?--Disagree? Do the research. Save, save, save is a recipe for economic disaster--ironic isn't it. --Stop the BS.

I have listen to proponents of health care reform-- but I salute REP DIANE WATSON D- CA, 33rd District Los Angeles--she was the most eloquent, the most convincing and persuasive of them all. I thank you sincerely REP Diane Watson.

Good ideas can come from any Party

REP John Duncan--Republican--on 11/05/2009--spoke on C-SPAN--he give his analysis and his opinion on sending troops into Afghanistan. I could not believe my ears--it was as if it was me speaking. He is against sending troops into Afghanistan--in fact, he advocate pulling all our troops out--bring them all--every single one of them home. This is a belief I share--I hope the President was listening. So you see my friends--good ideas can come from any Party. Just listen and have an open mind. Don't get me wrong--I disagree with the Republicans on Health Care Reform--I am for it. And I also don't agree with the Republicans on many other issues. However, I keep listening with an open mind.

Stop the whining already. Have you noticed--the people who whine about the Obama Stimulus package and the budget for 09--are the well to do/rich folks. Now, don't get me wrong--not all rich folks are whining about the Obama Stimulus package and the budget for 09; however, all the whiners are rich folks. Why? all their ill gotten gains, tax loop holes, and other free- bees are gone; that's why they are whining.The poor and middle class will no longer carry the rich on their shoulders. Many of these rich folks will say-"WHAT ARE YOU TAKING ABOUT? --It's the reverse--IT'S US RICH, WHO ARE CARRYING THE POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS ON OUR SHOULDERS--and that's why we are angry." I would argue that it's the rich who enjoy the tax loop-holes and in some cases don't pay taxes; the poor--in many cases--I would argue, perform work for which they are paid below the minimum level; so that the greedy rich can have larger revenues, go on talk shows and say, OBAMA IS A SOCIALIST AND WORST. THEIR RHETORIC SHOULD NOT SURPRISE ANYONE- SINCE IT'S COMING FROM THE SAME FOLKS WHO ARE WELL TO DO --PAY LITTLE OR NO TAXES AND NOW SEE THEIR TAX EXEMPTIONS GOING BYE BYE--THE SAME GOES FOR THE AGRICULTURAL, OIL COMPANIES AND THE LIKE, AND THEY DON 'T LIKE IT.America has changed--like it or not--the majority has spoken, and most Americans say--out with the old ways of doing business and in with the new; and God bless them all. I SAY, "CONTINUE WHINING--YOU RICH FOLKS, WHILE YOU WHINE--AMERICA IS MOVING ON AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THAT--HA HA, HOW SWEET IT IS."
