TOO MANY OLD GENERALS AND SENATORS WITH OUTDATED VIEWS:
New ideas require thinking, and a majority of these old fogies are too tired and lazy to do that; so they hold on to the old ways of doing things; because that's what they do best and they are comfortable with these outdated programs, policies. I must confess, not all old fogies do this; however there are too many for comfort. My criticisms are aimed directly at those (inside or outside Government, the General Public and those in public business)who are anti--change; the Same-O, Same-O-ers who refuse to think new.
